"I believe that the place could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I was unaware that there was an alternative pool available, as no one had informed me that the pool adjacent to my studio was undergoing renovations. The check-in process was somewhat impolite. Additionally, I believe that essential amenities could have been provided, such as a tea towel in the kitchen, a proper knife, some toiletries. The air conditioning in the living area was not functioning. The location appears to be rougher than anticipated. Additionally, there was a letter stating that the current owner has been served with notice from an actual owner, and that all guests should refrain from making any further payments to them."

"The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the charming pathos old town with it's upmarket restaurants, souvenir and coffee shops. My room was 212 on the second floor served by a lift or stairs. The room overlooked the harbour, was well fitted with a comfortable double bed, en suite bathroom, aircon, plenty of storage, kettle and iron. Towels were changed daily. The room was spotless as was the whole hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with so much choice but the highlight for me was the attitude of the staff, polite, helpful and just couldn't do enough for me. I stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment."
