"Although we really enjoyed the views from the balcony and the exterior, the large rooms and kitchen. We would love to see this place have a remodel/refresh as it was not in the cleanest state on arrival. The staff would come each day to clean and fold sheets which was a nice touch! But the shower and kitchen could need a deep clean. "This is probably the nicest hotel you’ll find on the island, it looks recently renovated. Our room with the hot tub was simply fantastic, the bed is tremendously comfy and the staff is the most polite and helpful we’ve come across in a long time! Thank you!"

"Beautiful property in terms of the grounds and landscaping. Beaches had clear water. the pool was super fun for the kids. The food was great. Granted it is not a Michelin star restaurant as you're not paying for that kind of level but I felt that everyone could find what they wanted in terms of salads, veggies, protein, deserts. The cleaning crew was excellent. They cleaned the room every single day and they did a great job. The check in staff was very helpful especially Elvis went above and beyond. I think its a great value for the money but you also have to go at a time when the hotel is not overwhelmed meaning if they are at full capacity you have to be more patient. If you go in May like we did or September and after chances are you will be much more satisfied than going at the peak of the season."

"We stayed in the Grand suite once again - were here last year and loved it! Such a nice room! Clean, modern and spacious. Location is perfect, short stroll from the ferry and to the beach, shopping area and other bars and restaurants. Breakfast is magical and the restaurant also serves very good lunch and dinner. Pool area nice and well maintained. Very friendly staff! We highly recommend a stay here!!"
