Het huis ligt in één van de smalle stegen dichtbij een parkeerplaats van dit stadje. Het pand is oeroud, maar totaal gerenoveerd. De overwelfde slaapkamer bevindt zich op een lager niveau dan de woonkeuken, waardoor die heerlijk koel blijft. "Inizio col descrivere l'Hoste: persona gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura: centrale, sulla piazza di Laviano (borghetto piccolissimo e isolato), pulito, nuovo, munito di ogni comfort. E' presente uno spazio comune dove c'è una cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per la prima colazione e poi ci sono le singole stanze, ognuna con bagno privato. Per chi dovesse pernottare in questo paese la consiglio senza dubbio."
