Welcome to Aquatic Abode, your brand new, ultimate coastal retreat with a swimming pool in the picturesque town of Agnes Water. Situated in a quiet street just a stroll away from all the town's amenities and the stunning Agnes Water Beach, our holiday rental is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.

Step into relaxation as you enter our spacious four-bedroom oasis sleeping up to 8 people. All beds include linen.
The master bedroom boasts a King bed & an ensuite for added privacy. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third & fourth provides 2 single beds. Air conditioning and fans throughout ensure a comfortable stay no matter the weather. With a main bathroom and separate toilet, accommodating your group is effortless. Towels are supplied.

Entertainment awaits on our large deck, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy alfresco dining, and fire up the barbecue for a sizzling feast. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, or simply unwind with a drink in hand as you admire the surroundings & views of the ocean.
Inside, the lounge beckons with its large TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favourite shows. Free Wifi included. The fully self-contained kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and even a second wine/bar fridge for keeping beverages chilled to perfection.
Our full laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Parking is supplied in the large 2-car garage and additional undercover carport.
