Welcome to Belle Haven, a stunning, newly built coastal retreat designed for relaxed, stylish holiday living just a short 200m stroll from the beach. Perfect for families, this beautifully appointed home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults, offering space, comfort, and a touch of luxury throughout.
Enjoy breathtaking outlooks from both sides of the home — sunsets over the mountains from the front balcony and sunrises over the ocean from the rear deck — with the open-plan living area thoughtfully positioned to capture and connect both of these views.
Bedrooms;
Step inside and unwind in a light-filled, fully air-conditioned home featuring five thoughtfully designed bedrooms – one king, three queens, and two singles – all dressed in fresh linen provided for your comfort (please bring your own beach towels).
Upstairs, the king master suite offers a private sanctuary complete with its own ensuite and separate toilet. Downstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms and a single bedroom, along with the main bathroom, making it an ideal layout for families wanting space and privacy.
Living;
The heart of the home is a large, contemporary kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals, flowing seamlessly out to the covered patio where you can enjoy outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a gas BBQ while capturing beautiful sea breezes. Relax with a morning coffee or evening drink as you take in the coastal atmosphere.
Outside,
A fully fenced grass yard provides a safe space for children to play, while inside you’ll find everything you need, including a full laundry with a combined washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and free WiFi to stay connected.
There’s ample driveway parking with room for a boat (garage not available), making it perfect for beach lovers and adventurers alike.
For larger family gatherings, you also have the option to rent the neighbouring property, Coastal Pearl, allowing everyone to holiday close together while still enjoying their own space.
