We stayed in Cabin no:1 which had beautiful garden & beach views from the front deck. There was a bbq, outdoor setting and a bench with stools which was perfect for sitting back relaxing with a drink or two. Inside was clean, spacious and well equipped with a washing machine & dryer if needed. 1770 Sunset Cabins is perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Very well taken care of. Fabulous location across from the beach. Safe. Has everything you need. You need to mind your email to get the key. So have it on your phone. The directions weren’t the most specific, but if I can find it, anyone can.

Awesome location with a view. Walking distance to the „Rusty Pelican“ if you feel hungry and want to grab some fresh fish and chips. Close to lookouts. Friendly staff. We would come back.

Fantastic location. In the heart of 1770. Brilliant deck that overlooks park and beaches not more than 30m away. Only disappointment is that I didn’t stay longer. Pub and restaurant are next door neighbours.

Great spot

One of the best spots in 1770. A family BBQ in the balcony overlooking the water at the sunset.. magnificent! superb! Stopover for check in at Captain Cook Holiday Village about 1km away on the way to the cabin, the rest is to chill, to relax, to enjoy.

We stayed in unit 2 and it was a great cabin. Fully equipped kitchen and nice deck. Right next to the beach and in the hub of 1770. Our only gripe was the internet not working and the management tried hard to fix but not in time for our stay. Sea glimpses from the deck and close to boat ramp and pub.

The location of the property right across from the beach with excellent views especially at sunset. The cabin is very modern with lots of windows to look out over the bay. The interior is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities for cooking inside and out. We enjoy sitting out on the large verandah and watching the sunset. Restaurants just a short walk away with great food and service. Would recommend the cabins.

Great accomodation in a beautiful spot. We extended the stay as long as we could... Cabin 1 is a small octagon with full kitchen, washing machine dryer, Good TV, dedicated wifi - and a great view west. Good pub next door but quiet and peaceful. Ten minute walk to the marina. Ten minute drive to Agnes Waters for shopping etc, Brilliant!

The best view in 1770.

This cleverly-designed compact but spacious cabin had all we needed for a restful weekend. The view was amazing. Even a complimentary bottle of wine was provided.
