Hotel can improve

The reception was unsure about my plan status although your directions were clear it included breakfast.Not a good welcome that way. The Central air conditioning vent was very noisy. The Staff was courteous

I'm not going to trash this hotel because of what happened or didn't happen.If you read the reviews it's billed as a 5 star.At most this is a 1and half star .It's clear the reviews are fraud. If you book here don't take my word for it you will see..To add insult customer service is really really bad
