OYO Rooms hotels in Agra, Uttar Pradesh

"utterly utterly bad,never ever ever will stay here, to start with bad, filthy, smelly rooms, no locks on cupboard, no hot water (in Dec) had to wait for heating rod for 3hours, tried to charge for complimentary water bottle had to argue to get it free, breakfast only 2 pooris that too delivered in room (after 10.00 AM only) anything extra is chargeable, after breakfast at 10.00 AM when do they expect to go for work, VERY VERY WORST these are honest opinion and anyone doesn't believe please do...

"We arrived at the Hotel, showed our booking reservation details to the receptionist. She said that the hotel was full and we could not stay there. She took us to the Laxman hotel next door. It was of lesser quality than the one we booked. Also no breakfast provided which we had paid for. We only stayed for one night. The room, especially the bathroom was dirty.
