Chambre plus étroite, mais propre. Staff sympa. Notre douche coulait dans la salle de bain et le jet traversait le haut de la porte. Nous n’avons pas aimé le petit buffet déjeuner, manque de fraîcheur (pain/croissant). Cependant, une belle vue pour le petit déjeuner.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere overall. We really enjoyed our stay!

Was very excited to stay here, but deeply disappointed in the front desk staff (other than Guidette). We appeared to be an annoyance to them - and continued to talk about us in Italian (even though we spoke the language). The restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent - top tier - aside from being made fun of for laughing and having fun….. The cleaning staff did ‘ok’ (did not bring extra tissues, did not bring towels) but the rooms are very small and there is a step into the bathroom, which at night is very inappropriate (I fell 2x…..). We won’t stay here again. From asking to stay another night, to getting a taxi - we were an inconvenience the entire time. We will gladly stay elsewhere - as should anyone who is over 22 and American/Italian.
