"Absolutely 5-star gem of an accommodation! We arrived early morning from Newark and were warmly welcomed by the staff, they stored our luggage and did everything they could to get our room readied. Over the next few days we went cliff diving, swimming, trekking, sightseeing and enjoyed a tremendous variety of delicious Portuguese cuisine and were given excellent local tips on weather/tides/whale sightings and more from the extremely informative staff. Es necesario tener coche ya que el apartamento está alejado del centro a unos 6min. Cerca tiene un centro comercial y un Decathlon. En general, buena experiencia para nuestra estancia en Azores."

"My wife and I are easy and didn’t mind the lack of A/C but you cannot leave the windows open because of the bright lights, loud traffic, and moist air. Even when we did leave the windows open there is not much wind to speak of in Furnas so it didn’t help. Had there been at least a floor fan to provide some circulation of air it would have made for a much better sleep and stay. Otherwise the place was as described, clean, close to everything and the host was available. "
