Everything was great the resort was very nice, and so was the beach all the staff were great, only thing was our AC unit was leaking until I changed the settings on it, our tv only worked the first two nights after calling someone to fix it, and I had to ask for new towels after room service came. ...

Would also suggest you have a small shelf area in the breakfast room where you put towels so people can swap them out every few days.
