Survival Guest Apartment provide the ultimate hospitality experience to its guests at reasonable rates with air conditioned and comfortable room. It is located most popular surfing beaches include CrashBoat, Wishing Well, Survival Beach, Punta Borinquen etc, famous for it's crystal clear waters and Wilderness. Located in Aguadilla which is the most attractive area in west side of Puerto Rico. 1 Room set with 2 beds for 2 guests each and 1 bed for 1 guests. 15 minutes walking distance and less than 5 minutes driving distance from Crash Boat or Wishing Well beaches. We equipped with diesel power generator. Power outages doesn’t exist. Travel is rewarding, but sometimes things don’t go as expected. People can get sick, flights can get canceled, and bags can go missing. Therefore is always recommended for guest to be financially protected to apply for traveling insurance

Amazing

Andrew’s property and residence is so nice! The room was more than we could have imagined. It was huge! It was clean and updated, the air was cold, tv had all the movies, we felt like we were staying with family. I highly recommend staying here

Great location and Hosts were fantastic!

The location was great for visiting all of the beaches on the west side. The directions provided by the host were invaluable as it would have been very difficult without all of the additional details. They even provided videos!

Pleasant, adequate, one bed was excellent, bottom bunk bed needs bedboard and foam pad if adult is sleeping there (sagging metal springs).

Our hosts were absolutely AMAZING . We pulled up and instantly greeted by Bella . the most precious vieja perrito. Then having clear direction and video on how to locate property and enter was absolutely top notch. the space was better than listed ! Andrew dropped up pins and suggested La Mona for breakfast and boy he was on point !!!! We plan to stay again next time !

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location close to two beaches. The host are super nice, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Puerto Rico.

Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our brief stay, wish it was longer! Andrew greeted us on arrival. The apartment was lovely. The area was convenient to shopping, restaurants and, most of all, the airport as we had a very early departure.

Great vacation spot!

Great experience renting at this location. Situated close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Cell service is a little spotty after turning off the main road but received plenty of instructions from Andrew and Elizabeth and had no problem finding the place. Overall a great stay!!

Adorable little bungalow

This place was simply adorable and we very much wanted to stay our whole time here but the city had water issues the days we were there. Andrew and his family were so sweet and accommodating. I will def stay here again next time I come to aguadilla !

Very clean, roomy and close to beach.

Check in was seamless. Host/owners very helpful and responsive. Even sent helpful videos. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Close to Crash Boat Beach (awesome pina coladas. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful local property

This is a wonderful, local property. Minutes from the panaderia, local eateries and bars and the best beaches on the island. The apartment is simple and exactly what is needed. There is a wonderful cat and the owners are responsive and attentive. Sharing with friends and will rebook when visiting again.

This is a great place for family as I experience. very close to fun spot, beach, dinner places. Great quiet neighborhood. Apartment Xtra clean with everything you need inside and outside. Managers very friendly security was a fact and important as a mom for my kids. No need to take any cookware in here you have everything for a perfect stay and vacation. I definitely recommend this spot willing to stay again 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment was very nice and very clean. The furniture was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owners made sure that we made it to the property late at night. We would definately rent this apartment again. I wish we had more time to stay there.

Quiet and peaceful

Very clean, well presented. Accommodated us with beach towels. Easy accessibility to restaurants and beaches. Owner on premises and friendly. AC in bedroom and fan in living area were sufficient. Had to heat water on stove to wash dishes. (Not important compared to all the pluses)

Great location for entertainment and food

I loved this place! At first I was nervous to book due to all the positive feedbacks, I felt it was to good to be true. Then I realized it’s just as advertised, the place is safe, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, big tv, big bathroom, very clean. Has a beautiful kitchen. I think it’s more for couples with very small kids. The bunk beds do not have thick mattress, so it’s squeaky. Owners house is right across the apartment. They are so attentive, available for questions, recommendations, and assistance. As soon as I booked, owners confirmed immediately. They send detailed instructions using all different types of maps, pictures and videos. Out of so many years of booking homes, it’s the first time the host responds immediately to any questions. I already booked my next vacation. Highly recommend. Crash boat is 5 min away, best beach, plus many others things less than 10 min away.

First time in Puerto Rico and we loved it!!

The cellphone signal is very weak in this area, we got there at night it was a little difficult to find the house, but once we found it, parked across the street from the house and walked right in. Make sure you connect to their wifi, I did and called Andrew because I was having difficulty getting into the apartment, he lives on the premises and was there in two minutes to assist us. After that little hiccup, everything was perfect, a very clean apartment, with everything you need to cook breakfast, ac is off when you get there but once you turn it on it takes only a few minutes for the bedroom to get nice and cold, the kitchen and living room are a little hot. The water in the shower was too hot for our taste so I unplugged the old-fashioned water heater myself, but you could ask Andrew to do it for you, easy fix. Make sure you check the places they suggest to visit, very good suggestions. Everything is very close by, overall, they are very nice people, we loved our stay there and would definitely book it again.
