Aguas Blancas Waterfall

To be honest, the Dominican Fiesta Hotel is very different from what I remember it being in the past. Upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was closed, which was disappointing. I had also reserved a double executive suite, but I was given a one-bed room instead, and the staff seemed unable to see or confirm my original reservation. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due—the food was still amazing! I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and the quality was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, the experience was mixed. I hope the hotel can improve its service and communication, as it has great potential to return to the level it once had.

Order room with balcony and received one without

This was probably one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff treat you like royalty. The property is situated in a very historic and beautiful part of Santo Domingo. The gym and pool are modern. The restaurant on the hotel serves delicious food. I would strongly recommend booking your Santo Domingo stay at this hotel.
