The staff were very good and the Manager was excellent dealt with a challenge efficiently and decisively it was great to see how customer centric his attitude was. The hotel is located conveniently within the centre of the city. Overall the stay has been very good.

Modern hotel, massive "club" room with no club lounge, but with all the amenities. Not possible to walk anywhere as on the wrong side of a dual carriageway and was too busy to cross, but we had a car and driver so not an issue.

Terrible rooms, corridors smelt horrible, walls were bubbling. Mold and damp smell through the hotel. Rooms were very tired. Even though marketed as a three person occupancy, once the pop up bed was placed, there was no way around the bed, one would have to climb over the beds. Upon arrival of the pop up bed, the duvet came without a cover. It was horrible to use this as it’s unhygienic but the stains were very evident! When we complained to the reception staff about the state of the bed and duvet. They just smiled, no apologies or curtesy to amend the problem. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILLNEVER RECOMMEND IT!!!! STAY AWAY!

This hotel does not live up to the ITC brand. Its average in terms of service and rooms. Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Floors and furniture had a lot of dust and crumbs.

Ver bad hotel rooms.

Not worth the money they charge for the rooms. Rooms are dirty and very old school. Room was not even cleaned properly. No toiletries were present in the room. You need to call and ask for them individually. We requested for a bath robe and it was smelling so bad.
