The food was a highlight — fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor, prepared with such care by the chef. The Ayurvedic treatments were exceptional. The resident doctor was attentive and insightful, and the therapists clearly knew their craft. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I’ve been in a long time. "We had a great 4 night stay at Ahu Bay. It was nice that Nilanga messaged ahead to discuss arrival time. Having a room right on the beach was a real treat and the private pool was kept spotless by the team. The team couldn’t do more for us during our stay, making adjustments to cocktails to suit ours tastes. We ate at hotel twice and both times really enjoyed the dishes we tried, it’s clear there’s a talented chef in the kitchen! "
