Mesmerising Saputara

Aakar Lords Inn is one of the best located Hotel in Saputara near Lake. It is having all amenities for family to spend good time - Swimming pool, Library, Activity Room, Restaurant. Hotel Rooms are also covering Lake view and Sunset point.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Great place to spend few days in Saputara. Best location with lake view rooms. Good amenities like swimming pool, play area, gym etc. Staff very co-operative and helpful. Would highly recommend to families and families with small kids.

Good place to go in Saputara. One of the better hotels out there. Good service too. A little pricy for their efforts, but still good enough. Look out for the Elite rooms which face the mountains. The lake side rooms can be noisy because they also face the main road.

Not worth to go again

The hotel rooms ok good and food was also good but the staff was not courteous and not cooperative. They were not even ready to listen to any suggestion for improvement which ultimately would benefit their business. Online booking was costlier than the regular tariff of the hotel. Worth to go again if they improve the behaviour of the staff.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Never been in so dirty a hotel. Had to ask for cleaning supplies after they "cleaned" toilet 3 times. My son got food poisoning after the first night, got to see the kitchen. Understand why he got sick, never seen so bad a kitchen standard in 3 star hotel. no soap or hot water to wash hands, tables full of grease that was days old. Leaving prepared food on old newspapers. Government should have closed this place down. Staff so rude! Said in hotels.com that they had wifi in room. But was non and wi-fi in lobby could barely open gmail. Room was missing most amenities that was promised in hotels.com (coffee maker, security box, desk, etc.). Never gonna return to this place, and would not recommend others to stay here!

hotel was best but need to train hospality .

your sight not showing how many people allowed in one room in one family of below 18 years children,this hotels reception staff taking benefit for charged extra person or bed charges .they were not homble not intrestd to listen what is the concern of their guest.first Day breakfast good with sufficient variety but second day they cut the variety.So we faced some problem on above two issue.
