Sorry but I can’t lie on this review as I rely on them for my bookings. The positive: the staff are great. The negatives: this hotel needs a refurbishment. I’ll stop at that.

Super friendly staff (Jimmy was very welcoming and made sure our stay would be perfect) food was great. Very ideal location. Aesthetically pleasing and quiet.

This is Top beautiful hotel has elegance staff, and offers luxurious amenities that ensure a memorable stay. Thier spacious rooms and scenic views add to its charm, making it perfect trip. We have very good time and we look forward to returning for another relaxing getaway soon. The hotel’s attentive service truly made our experience exceptional. Additionally, the gourmet dining options exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. The relaxing spa provided the ideal way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Truly, this hotel is a hidden gem worth discovering.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We liked it so much that after our initial trip to Hanoi we rebooked here on our return leg. Rooms great! Pool great! Breakfast buffet awesome. Location great! A big thank you (and name check) to Rachel, Tony, Hoang and the guys on the bar (AKA Radish, Tomato and Potato) - you really made my 9 year old daughter smile. Plus everyone else who's name I didn't catch. See you all next time.

Staff were above and beyond anything or anyone's expectations !! Food was ok, but overly expensive . Breakfast buffet is same each day.
