"The room was ok but a lot of noise they didn’t tell us the tower was under construction but we switched rooms to the rainbow tower I had to pay off course but they gave us a credit for the noise, what I really loved was the $65 Daily credit for food (we know how expensive Hawaii is) I didn’t like the food at the tapa bar but the rest were good even the wiki wiki store for breakfast , we didn’t see the fire works because it was raining , they do kids activities like “feed the fish” you do have to walk around 20min to get to Waikiki man street but overall it was great, lots of pool options for the kids! Rainbow tower rooms are good BUT Elevators take forever ! They assign you one and you have to wait around 5min each time"

"Location, Location, fantastic. It's right across the road from the beach, Zoo , shops, restaurants, All trolly buses that we took stopped here at our doorstep. Fantastic location, and staff. Hotel is a little dated in the rooms, but clean and comfortable, soft beds, we had a Juliet balcony, but there are bigger ones pool side. Partial ocean view was enough, because it at our doorstep. Save your money at this hotel, to spend on other things. Tours, shopping, and eating. It's expensive to eat out here. "

"Of the two mediocre options near the airport, this option is most lacking . Air conditioning not operating in my room (temp never got lower than 79), stained bathroom towels, two bottles of conditioner without any shampoo. All adds up to a definite lack of care evident at the property. "
