Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

"It was great everything was close by but we originally booked the Diamond Head tower-the room was dark, outdated, and not clean(we found an acrylic nail on the floor and the floor had clearly not been vacuumed. We moved rooms that same day and were moved to the Tapia tower. Soooooo much better, new, upgraded bright and airy but we still didn’t have a full unobstructed view because they placed us on the 4th floor and it was $50 more a night but was well worth it. Overall our stay was nice and the staff was amazing but will probably stay somewhere else because of how crowded it was. We could t enjoy the pools because they were packed to the brim."

"The room was gorgeous! Bravo for the elevated and tasteful decor. The exterior does need a little facelift here and there as it is an older hotel, but there is a "classic," old Hawaii charm about it. Bell Attendant was a bit pushy when we did not let him take our bags before check in - asking repeatedly - when guaranteed check in was only 30min out. Other than that, the staff at the Veranda was so nice and cheerful and dinner at Arancino was amazing. This is a great option to stay outside of Waikiki."
