Direct access to the beach, and beautiful pool with hot tubs. However, I expected transportation to and from the airport as it was announced online, but there was no shuttle at all for this hotel.

We were disappointed in our room - the ocean view was only if you were on the balcony, otherwise it was a city view. The room itself had seen better days. We were in the alohilani tower - tried to go to the pool on 5 but access was closed and we were directed to the swell tower for access. Too much ...
