Een leuke vakantiewoning op een mooie plek aan het water tussen de bootjes. We zijn goed geholpen door Gomez die ons heeft rondgeleid en van alle benodigde info heeft voorzien. De woning is echter wel wat gedateerd en was ook met de 'bekende franse slag' schoongemaakt. Ons heeft het niet gedeerd. Enige minpunt kan zijn dat de airco beneden en boven niet tegelijk aan kan. Omdat het s'nachts lekker afkoelde hebben wij de airco boven niet gemist en hebben ook geen poging gedaan deze boven aan te zetten. De Camarque is fantastisch en je kunt er heerlijk wandelen, steppen, fietsen etc.

Het vacantie huisje is prachtig ruim met een mooi uitzicht op het water vanaf het terras ideaal voor onze hond 🐕 👀👀verder niks op aantemerken rustige buurt afgesloten park veel dingen in de omgeving te zien alleen de boot rondleiding stelt niks voor verder kleinere dingetjes in huis hebben wat ons betreft wat aandacht nodig voordat het slechter word . In het algemeen fynne dagen gehad hier 🍷🍧🍹🌞☀️👍👍😎😎

Très bien placée

La maison est très bien placée et au calme. C’est dommage que le propriétaire n’agence pas mieux sa cuisine, batterie de cuisine insuffisante et très vieille, manque plats pour le four ainsi qu’une poêle digne de ce nom. Manque une chaise pour la terrasse c’est une maison pour 6 personnes et il y a que 5 chaises de terrasses. Voisins très sympathiques. Dommage pas de wifi

Das Ferienhaus entsprach insgesamt genau unseren Erwartungen. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war sehr wertvoll, es gab genügend Handtücher usw. Es war innerhalb einer Marina sehr ruhig gelegen. Man ist aber schnell in der Stadt Aigues Mortes und in wenigen Fahrminuten am Meer. Allerdings fingen unsere direkten Nachbarn in dem angrenzenden Reihenhaus an, eine Holzterrasse zu verlegen, so dass wir an drei Tagen durch Lärm von Kreissäge, Hammer und Bohrer gestört wurden. Ingesamt sind einige Stellen in diesem Haus auch etwas renovierungsbedürftig, vor allen Dingen die Fugen im Bad. Der Sonnenschirm war nicht nutzbar, da der Seilzug beschädigt war. Fliegengitter wären eine sinnvolle Anschaffung für die Fenster, da die Tigermücke sehr lästig ist. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden es zu diesem Preis noch einmal buchen.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einer Halbinsel mit Elektrozaun und in der Nähe der Festung Aigues Mortes mit allerlei wunderbaren Restaurants. Grau du Roi (Strand) ist 5 km entfernt. Die Ankunft war etwas verwirrend, obwohl wir bereits 1,5 Stunden im Voraus angekündigt hatten, wann wir dort sein würden, warteten wir eine halbe Stunde vor dem Tor auf den Manager, der dann tausend Ausreden vorbrachte. Das Haus könnte auf jeden Fall eine gründliche Reinigung gebrauchen, eine Verstopfung im Duschabfluss habe ich selbst behoben und auch die Überprüfung aller kaputten Lampen ist kein Luxus. Aber alles in allem eine sehr schöne Lage.

Location sécurisée dans une marina avec portail, au calme, pièces de taille généreuse, terrasse sur canal très agréable. Toutefois, pas de décoration ou le peu très vieillotte, pas de wifi, très faible réseau 5G, pas lampe de chevet dans les chambres, pas assez d'assiette et de plats ... mobilier de jardin vieux.

Det rymliga vardagsrummet med sina stora fönster gjorde det lätt att koppla av, och utsikten över marinan från balkongen var en fantastisk bonus, Vi tillbringade våra kvällar med att titta på båtarna som kom in, och det kändes så fridfullt, Köket hade allt vi behövde för att laga måltider, och vi älskade att äta middag på terrassen, Det är också en kort bilresa till stranden, vilket var perfekt för våra dagsturer, Rekommenderar starkt!

Het huis is precies zoals op de foto's. We werden goed ontvangen door Pierre. Een auto is over het algemeen wel noodzakelijk. Loopafstanden zijn toch wel verder als in eerste instantie gedacht. Het is zeker wel te doen, maar even snel boodschappen halen is beter met de auto. Verder echt een mooi huis op een afgesloten lokatie, rustige buurt en mooi terras. zeker een aanrader!

In de buurt zijn vele dingen te doen: bezoek aan Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier, Nîmes, safari in de Camargue, visvangst op zee, bezoek aan het strand,... . De moeite waard! Hou er wel rekening mee dat de Camargue stikt van de muggen, dus best iets voorzien...

mooie woning, relatief recent, aan het water wat met een (kleine) boot ideaal is. wel ongeveer 45 min varen tot aan brug, die op vaste tijdstippen opengaat; laatst open om 18u30, dus 's avonds ergens gaan eten en daarna met de boot terug kan niet. Wel enkele aanbevelingen: relatief weinig kookgerei (kleine braadpan, voor 5 personen te klein; glazen deksels van de kookpotten hebben allemaal een beschadigde dop); matras van één bed is aan vernieuwing toe. voor de rest perfect in orde wat ons betreft.
