"Accueil magnifique, personnel prenant le temps d'expliquer les multiples possibilités de l'établissement (salons de repos, de lecture, espace café/thés gratuit à toute heure, bibliothèque -extra !- billard, piscine, espace enfants) petit déj. buffet très complet et excellent. Chambre nickel... WC séparés de la salle d'eau, literie de bonne qualité. Hôtel calme - espace parking- Le petit plus, l'hôtel propose des collations repas sous forme de "bocaux" (entrée... plat... dessert...) pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas aller au resto ou au super marché du coin. Etablissement exceptionnel "

"Everything was perfect just maybe the room could be bit warmer"

"When I arrived room smelled like cigarettes and like food was just cooked ! I was given a paw on a piece of paper to go to my room in a separate building from reception . It was dark and hotel is situated across from a park that homeless frequent . It was not a safe location. Hallways dirty , shady people coming in and out of elevator . I asked for another room they said they were sold out and the manager agreed it smelled awful . She tried to spray this terrible aerosol as pray which made it worse ! I had to go to another hotel for the night . They told me to come back the next day for a better room . I went back at 2 pm the next day still no rooms available . They refused to credit me . I paid for insurance through Expedia which is now a challenge as well . This property is not represented accurately on Expedia . I now question if I will ever use Expedia again. IF I COILD HIVE GHIS S ZERO RATING I would . I can’t even reach Expedia or insurance co I paid for . "

"The hotel was a neat trendy place to stay for the night. The location was good being close to the train station and the centre of the city. The room was 60’s and 70’s decor with some nice modern accents. I enjoyed a nice evening after walking around the city in the restaurant which had a little wine tasting, good food and luckily I was there on the Thursday night for jazz music. I was offered a prosecco as well as I reserved a table earlier in the day at reception. I would recommend this place as I felt the price quite reasonable and the location was great. "
