"We really enjoyed our week's skiing in Serre Chevalier, staying at Franck's apartment. It's well-equipped throughout (note that you need to bring towels and bed linen). You can walk to the Chantmerle gondola and Franck describes a short-cut path, but it was a quiet week and we chose to drive each morning. There is a garage but we found it too difficult to get our estate car inside. You can usually find a place to park around the site.The bathroom is great but the toilet is very small! The sofa bed is easy to use and very comfortable. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook and more. We would stay there again."

"Comfortable with food close by and the hotel is above a supermarket which is very handy. Close to the slopes, you can drive or get the free bus to the next town to park for free. "

"Excellent stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lots of room and space. Really comfortable bed and great amenities. We used the handy lockers located by the gondola to ski every day of our stay. "

"Our stay at Alain and Lucie’s house in the heart of Chantemerle was excellent. In terms of location, it couldn’t be better for effortless access to the vast Serre Chevalier ski area—just 100 meters from the Ratier and Bletonet lifts and right by the town center.The house itself is charming and full of character, perfectly suited to our family of three. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the living areas offered plenty of space to relax, with a well‑equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.As a family, we’ve been visiting Serre Chevalier for the past 10 years, and this property truly feels like a hidden gem. "Good location, near to gondola and ski rental shops. The bad thing is the fridge or ventilation system in room keeps making some noises on and off, quite annoying when sleeping."

"The apartment was spacious and pleasant. The location close to ski lifts and local shops is excellent, the views through the large windows are spectacular.But, the apartment was quite cluttered with items, clothes and personal possessions that we assume belong to the owners, including for example a 20 year old fax machine. Most of the cupboards and drawers were full, and ended up never unpacking and keeping our own clothes etc in our kit bags.We did not read the description carefully, so we were surprised to learn the ski locker was not available for our use (probably full of the owners skis). We had to take our own skis and boots down and back up to the 5th floor every day, and carry them through the apartment to store them on the balcony."
