Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home in the desirable Trolley Run neighborhood of Aiken. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Aiken, Aiken Regional Medical Center, University of South Aiken, only 8 miles from Bruce Field & 15 min from Stableview, it’s the perfect spot for Masters Week, equestrian events, work trips, or a relaxing getaway. Min Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this modern home offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming place to stay.
Front door has a video doorbell camera, floodlight by garage and camera back porch/ backyard . No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. There will be a fine of $100 per person per night/ or day for any unauthorized guest or visitor. NO EXCEPTIONS!
After 4 guest there is an extra charge of $75 per guest per night.
For any unauthorized pet, a fine of $125 per pet will be charged. Additional fees may apply for any damages, cleaning, or odor removal caused by pets.
Additional House Rules - each item in the house is accounted for in the inventory of items. Missing or damaged items following each stay is subject to a charge as appropriate. Please communicate if any items are damaged during your stay.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Additionally, guests can’t work on their vehicles nor wash their vehicles at the property.
