Newly constructed one level town home - locating perfectly 1/2 mile from exit 5 from I-20 on the South Carolina side. Only 7miles from the gates with the easiest path into the National. I -20 W to River watch Pkwy to Berkmans. This Town Home is finely decorated with Masters motif and golf memorability yet very comfortable and set up for your enjoyment and entertaining. New very comfortable bedding ( king in the Master) with new linens and pillows. One car garage for your use and an amazing enclosed private deck with pergola out back, that we lovingly refer to as " The Boat Anchor Lounge".
We have a 56" HD flat screen outside with Rec Tec grill for your use and new comfortable outdoor resort furniture. There is an 80" HD flat screen in the den with 40" in the Master suite. Amazing find that is set up to enjoy.
Shopping and restaurants located less than 1/2 mile away on this exit which is newly developing exit 5. Walmart, food lion, fuel stations, Mexican, 3 pizza choices and several fast food places all right here. Unlike many other rentals-We are local and the owners of this property and will be available during your stay if you have any questions, needs or technical issues
