The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. And they would not provide clean towels when I asked. There was no safe in the room and also no soap. The toilet had no trash can. The room has no coffee maker or fridge , but they have a stove that doesn’t work. The area is 50 meters from the ski so that was great. Hard to find good parking but it is free. Tamara was very kind. The check in is at 4 pm and I arrived at 1 and she let me check in by 230 pm. At 954 the lady named Solene started screaming by my door for me to check out because she wanted to close the reception by 10 am. When I went to the reception to check out she kept screaming. I told her that was not ok to treat a customer. Definitely a place ran by unprofessional young kids.

Ottima posizione per la partenza sulle piste da Montalbert, anche perché il comprensorio di La Plagne molto più bello di quello di Les Arcs, Piste non troppo battute, o non battute totalmente, bello per po’ ma poi stanca, armadietti per gli sci, anche se sanno solo il Francese, giustamente siamo in Francia, ma almeno un po’ di Inglese non guasterebbe, cena a buffet abbastanza buona, cenone a buffet di capodanno, ok più la festicciola sempre Francese ok, deludente il capodanno in paese, i fuochi li hanno sparati tra le 5 e le 6, che noi tornati da sciare eravamo in camera e poi il nulla, il paesino in se carino, camera ok, grande pecca non cambiavano gli asciugamani, su 6 notti e giornate sciistiche

Séjour MMV les Sittelles

Très bon séjour au sein du club MMV les Sittelles où nous avons passé 6 jours en famille. Le club enfants/ados, la restauration, le cadre, l’ambiance, et les diverses randonnées, tout a été parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Hôtel de qualité pas luxueux mais très bien pour les familles. Personnel souriant, accueillant, à l’écoute des clients. Merci à l’équipe du restaurant qui est parfaite. Repas de qualité pour un tout compris. Animation au top( grd merci à Marion pour le sport) chambre propre mais simple... Environnement idéal pour une semaine sportive au calme. bravo au directeur qui mène cet hôtel avec brio( mais souriez plus Mr !😉)

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, aunque no es exactamente pie de pista (hay que caminar unos 50 metros). Los servicios ofrecidos son de buena calidad y el servicio de limpieza es correcto. Como nota negativa, la no reposición de gel/champú (siempre bajo petición expresa). Un aspecto a tener en cuenta como posible mejora, la instalación de secadores de botas en los guardaesquís.

RESERVATION AUX SITELLES A MONTALBERT LA PLAGNE

2 jours au Sitelles avant de prendre possession de notre appartement au centre de la station, on a profité avant l'arrivée des vacances scolaires, c'était très bien, il fallait y penser. Super de pouvoir séjourner le nombre de nuitées que l'on veut. Merci et à refaire

Résidence agréable pour un séjour en famille.

Résidence bien située, facile à trouver, près des commodités de la station(accessible à pied), desservie par une navette. Personnel accueillant et dévoué. Départ ski au pied à une centaine de mètres, ou par navette avec les enfants. Nous n'avons pas testé la restauration sur place. Appartement calme au 4e et dernier étage, hors vacances scolaires, pas sûr dans d'autres conditions (isolation phonique moyenne). Le confort et l'équipement de l'appartement étaient corrects. Petite terrasse sympathique avec table et chaises, salle de bains avec baignoire et tres bon sèche serviette, literie correcte, chauffage suffisant, le wifi fonctionne assez bien. Quelques détails à revoir: il manque quelques prises, les oreillers sont moyens, mais rien de grave... La station est petite mais sympa, ESF sur place, accès rapide à Plagne centre et Paradiski pour les bons skieurs ou petites pistes pour débutants par la première télécabine. En bref, nous y retournerons sûrement.

Super séjour !

Séjour reposant( chambre calme ) et sportif : l' hôtel est près des pistes. Dommage qu'une télécabine ne soit pas encore installée pour atteindre plus vite (et moins trempé quand il pleut ) les pistes de la Plagne. Les repas en buffet sont excellents et copieux. L'animation très sympathique.Le personnel charmant ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons apprécié les jeux type babyfoot et flipper à disposition (moyennant finances). Nous avons regretté l'absence de wifi dans les chambres. La chambre est bien disposée et l'espace bien rentabilisé. Il serait souhaitable que la femme de ménage remette du savon et du shampoing en milieu de séjour. La qualité des repas est bonne et les repas variés, tous servis sous forme de buffet permettant à chacun de trouver son bonheur. Cependant un B mol pour les oeufs du buffet du petit déjeuner. Ils sont peu engageants et même repoussants. En début de séjour, penser à réserver un repas (compris dans le prix du séjour) au restaurant Le Savoyard, situé au 1er étage de l'hotel qui permet de déguster une fondue ou une raclette dans une ambiance plus feutrée qu'au restaurant du rdc. L'hotel est situé à 50 mètres environ des pistes. Les casiers à skis sont pratiques et les chaussures ne sont pas froides le matin. Attention au moment de la réservation à bien localiser sur une carte le site de Montalbert où est situé l'hotel car c'est très éloigné de la Plagne centre, meme si accessible en ski. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. La possibilite de reserver les cours de ski à l'Esf directement aupres d'un moniteur dans l'hotel est tres pratique.
