Available for rent, this T1 bis apartment (divisible studio) is located in the heart of the village resort labelled Famille plus. You will stay in a privileged environment, at the foot of the slopes and opposite the Montalbert gondola (also usable by pedestrians).

On the third floor with lift, the "Les Choucas" residence is secure and has a caretaker. Its location is ideal because it is in the centre and in the immediate vicinity of all amenities: ski school, Piou Piou club (skiing from 3 years old), nursery (from 18 months to 6 years old), equipment rental, tourist office, mini-market (mountain crossroads), bakery, bars, restaurants, souvenir shop, delicatessen etc.

The car park located in front of the residence allows you free parking as well as a shuttle stop for the direct link with the Aime La Plagne train station. Whether you arrive by road or by train, your stay will be 100% pedestrian!

In the apartment for 5 people, you will find: a separate entrance with cupboard, a kitchenette opening onto the living room with sofa bed (140/200, purchase August 2026), a sleeping area that can be independent including a double bed (140/200) as well as a single bunk bed, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet.
Accessible from the living room, the balcony offers a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. To make your stay easier, you will have an individual ski locker located directly on the outside.

Accessibility by road via the N90 or by train with a stop at Aime La Plagne station (shuttle or taxi then to go up to Montalbert).
