"First day we didn’t get hot water. It is challenging to communicate with staff due to none knows English well. Rooms are clean , staff is disorganized. "
"I was greeted by staff, Fatima, who showed me where all of the sites would be on the map. Mehdi made sure that I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. This place is absolutely stunning and beautiful, and the staff, especially Mehdi, were absolutely amazing. "Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks"
"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"
