"I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s slightly above being run down. Water bug in the bathroom. No screens on window so couldn’t enjoy fresh air. The worst part was wild cats in lobby at night. 2 were on the furniture. The staff were nice. The bed was comfy and towels were fine. Loud people above us."

"We got everything we asked for and needed, but happened to be there during their restaurant remodel. Listening to jackhammers in the lobby isn’t very relaxing. I’m sure my 4/5 ratings would go 5/5 once they’re done."

"The location is so convenient to access volcanoes national. The check in process was easy. Unfortunately, we had 4 guests in our reservation and the property only had 2 towels. The beds are wildly uncomfortable and really this should be marketed as 2 adults and possibly kids the other beds are not ..."
