Room was clean, the staff very courteous, nice deck chairs to enjoy the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean. Only short coming was the missing beach and ability to swim in the sea .

Modern high-rise hotel at the south edge of Old Town. Right next door to several shopping malls and to Noordin Street. Amari SPICE Penang
Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

Sunshine Residence Suites
The room is very clean, and the staff are very polite. The bathroom lacks a bath mat, so the floor gets very wet after showering. It would be better if there were a bath mat in the bathroom.
