You will be staying in an exceptional setting !

A property which is over 200 years old,

surrounded by a vast woodland park.

You will enjoy the use of the entire attic floor, which has been recently refurbished: this comprises three bedrooms, a comfortable living space, and an

atmosphere blending historic charm with modern comfort.

The Space:

The staircase of the renovated old tower leads to the accommodation. A cozy 85 m² cocoon :

a living room with HD TV with Canal+ subscription,

a sofa, a table, a pouf, and armchair ; a

spacious bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer ; a hallway and a fully

equipped, newly renovated kitchen ; a welcoming and modern dining area with its dining

table and finally, three spacious bedrooms each with a very comfortable double bed.

You will enjoy the entire upper floor. A quiet and unique location.

We will provide the bed linen (mattress protector, fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover) and the bathroom linen (towels, hand towels,...) as well as hygiene products and basic necessities.

Guest Access:

You will also have access to the park and outdoor facilities: children's playground, hammock,

dining table, barbecue, etc.

The Neighborhood:

The hamlet of Moulin-le-Comte, located west of Aire-sur-la-Lys, is a peaceful place

crossed by the River Lys. Owned by the Counts of Flanders for many years, Moulin-le-

Comte retains a bucolic and historic atmosphere. A 3.5-hectare park, crossed by the

river, offers beautiful walks.

A new cycle path has been recently created, making it much easier to get around by

bike. To explore the area, you can borrow bikes from the Town Hall free of charge

during the week.

This neighbourhood is therefore an ideal setting for a family stay or a tourist trip.

Getting Around:

Parking at the property is easy. You will find parking space on site, after the entrance

gate. You can even recharge your electric car there.

Only 50 minutes from the Opal Coast and Lille; 30 minutes from Belgium and the

Dennlys Parc, this apartment is ideal for those wishing to explore the treasures of

Hauts-de-France or enjoy this exceptional location with their family.
