"The hotel had been oversold, and they gave our room to someone else. I paid for a double queen months before but was given a small king room, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The woman working the front desk at check-in was rude and didn’t seem to be bothered that they had done this to us. The evening staff was far more pleasant and very apologetic. There were some signs of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was mostly clean and reasonable. Breakfast was solid and surprisingly had a few healthier things like a small area with pumpkin seeds and granola. It was extremely difficult to find a parking spot. I dropped my family at the airport and had to wait 15 minutes before someone else left their parking spot back at the hotel. It is literally right at the airport, so some people might not like the noise of planes coming and going. "

"Here is a polished English review: We had stayed at this hotel five times before, but this time we did not encounter the same friendly and helpful staff we had experienced during our previous stays. Although I explained the missing items and maintenance issues in our room, only one of them was fixed. The roller mechanisms of the room curtains were broken, so the curtains could not be opened or closed properly. In both of our rooms, the bathroom ceiling lights were flickering on and off. Housekeeping, which is done every three days, was not clean or detailed at all. Even though we reported the missing items in the room to the front desk, they were not provided. Unfortunately, I think we will no longer stay at this hotel, which we used to enjoy very much. I would also recommend that Expedia reconsider promoting this property, especially for the sake of its own reputation."

"Decent hotel, has smoking floors so be sure you know this going in and they are the middle floors for some reason. The rooms were kind of dirty, made reservations for a 2 queen room and when arriving they said they don't have one. Gave us a room with a bed and a couch. They did make it right the next day and we moved to the room we were supposed to get the day before. Its kind of off the beaten path and right next to the freeway. No in room coffee maker and the Wi-Fi is free for one device and if you want more you have to pay. It was a place to sleep. "
