"This hotel is rough around the edges and is showing its age. That would not be so bad, but the room was not clean. There was mold in the shower, drips and water marks on the bedside tables. The bed looked like someone had slept on it after it was made. When I brought it to management's attention, the manager expressed his dissatisfaction with the cleaner and the cleaner was defensive. "
"This stunning cottage in the woods was perfect for our family of 14. Check-in was a breeze, with Renae stopping by within minutes of our arrival to greet us and answer any questions. The beautifully appointed cottage was spacious, with multiple seating areas included. Sleeping accommodations included bedrooms on all floors, with the bunk area being a huge hit with our grandchildren! The large screened-in porch offered beautiful views of O’Brien Lake (a lake perfect in size for kids of all ages). The fire pit seating area, yard, private beach, dock and pontoon boat were added bonuses. A huge thanks to Matt and Renae for providing us with this amazing little piece of paradise. We hope to one day return!"
Beautiful 5-bedroom house in Enchanting Crosslake -Pontoon Incl with 7 day stay!
10/10 Excellent
"This lake home had very adequate supplies; kitchen was very useful in the large family room. There are many beds for a large group. The teen girls enjoyed the bunk beds. A bathroom on each floor was essential so welcome. We so enjoyed the included pontoon and were able to launch our boat to pull tubers. A campfire provided us with an enjoyable time having s'mores. O'Brien Lake was really a nice clear lake with sandy bottom. Thanks also to Greg for quick replies to questions we had. From Waukon, Iowa and Mpls. area."
"The property is as described. It is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The pontoon is an added bonus. We had fun floating in the lake and motoring around on the boat. Dave is on the spot with his communication. We really enjoyed our stay! "
"We had a great time! The property and lake were gorgeous, the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. They had fantastic amenities! The condo was nice, very spacious, but a little run down. The screens were damaged, so the mosquitos came in at night, and I would recommend additional plates, silverware and perhaps salt/pepper in the units with full kitchens. I would definitely go back!"
