Quiet apartment, spacious T4 of 92 m2 on the ground floor of Bastide, with pool 8 x 4, deck chairs, 1 km from the historic city center of Aix-en-Provence. The city in the countryside. Calm assured. Not overlooked, View of the Aix countryside.
Quietly located for 4 people, the apartment is very well insulated which guarantees a certain freshness even in summer.
The travelers have an independent entrance, a big terrace of 50 m2 equipped with a round table zellige, chairs and loungers.
The inground pool of 8 x 4, has a large beach of 60 m2 of 6 sunbeds and 2 armchairs. In the garden, there is a basketball sign available for holidaymakers.
2 bedrooms of 15 m2 and 12 m2, both with new double bedding (140 * 190), a dresser and a bedside. The bathroom is spacious with a bath and vanity 2 basins. The toilets are independent.

Le bien loué est une cave aménagée sans aération (vmc hs)les propriétaires habitent au dessus ce qui n'est mentionné dans l'annonce et vous surveille avec des caméras sur chaque entrée
les moustiques vous dévorent la nuit sans oublier les sangliers qui vous tiennent compagnie dans le champ juste devant les fenêtres.
L'accès à la piscine est autorisé de 10 à 20 heures avec deux grandes fenêtres sur le logement des propriétaires 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️😱
Logement spacieux, terrasse privative très agréable, piscine très bien aménagée au calme. Propriétaires très respectueux des vacances de leurs locataires et très sympathiques.
