Good value for money. If I could give a 4.5 I would, and I was there for three weeks. Location is right in the center of the old town. Communication with the owner and his daughter was easy. My only two caveats are that the AC is a mobile unit and struggled during heat waves (I was there in August) - apparently window units are not allowed in the old town - and when it is very hot (highs over 32) it does not cool enough at peak hours (11am-5pm). Overnight it remains warm around 24 degrees. I imagine other locations downtown may have the same issue. The other thing is if you have mobility issues there are three flights of stairs and two are uneven. I was fine but the elderly, injured, etc may have challenges doing that every day. Also, there is no sink in the bathroom. I was there alone and it was not a problem but I think my wife would not be jazzed about that. But otherwise it was a great location with a good owner and comfortable for me.
