About this property

Cottage in Grounds of Bastide with pool and tennis walking distance from Aix

  • The cottage is located in 3 acres of grounds of a magnificent bastide overlooking the impressive Ste Victoire and Aix en Provence. There is a pool. It is accessed via security gates and there is plenty of parking space. The kitchen is equipped with fridge , microwave/oven, a hob and a sink, table wear and cooking utensils are provided. There is a sofa and a TV and stereo are provided for your entertainment. The kitchen leads out onto the garden and outside seating area where you may like to relax and enjoy the local rosé! A wooden staircase leads upstairs where there is a shower room with a shower , baisin, and toilet. There is a single bedroom decorated in a typically provencal toile de jouy and a tastefully decorated bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 king) . Fresh towels and linen are provided. On the grounds there is large salt water pool with deck chairs .
    Our house is beautifully located within walking distance of Aix yet in a private and peaceful setting.
