The property is nice, the pool is new and beautiful and the staff was friendly as well as supportive. The accommodation itself is in a bad shape, our apartment was dirty and it provided a bad vibe due to the disregard of aesthetic and cleanness.

I had a lovely time at Garden & City hotel. I bought the breakfast meal each morning and had croissants and coffee. They had other items too. The staff was nice and spoke some English too.

This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax and unwind after being out all day and with all the ameneties needed to be comfortable. I forgot my toiletry bag and realised when we were travelling back to Germany, but the staff were incredibly helpful in shipping it back to me! And although it was not valuable this saved me so much stress, I really appreciate everything they did!

As I entered the apartment I immediately noticed a strong chlorine smell. Later I realized that it was used to cover a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink which spread into the whole room. I decided to leave the day after. I acknowledge how nice and courteous the attendants at this place were. But I was miserable that night and I couldn’t sleep. I hope they’ll refund my money.

An absolute no go!! horrible experience!! this accommodation seems to be a workers' residence, not a tourist place. We had 2 nights of nightmare, with a drunk/very high individual in the room nearby shouting, crying, smashing furniture...with the security and the management doing nothing about it!! avoid at all costs!!

Pas adapté pour les familles avec petits enfants

Venus pour un weekend en famille avec notre fille de 2 ans, studio pas adapté pour des enfants en bas âge. Salle de bain petite et douche minuscule. Petite piscine , vite remplie si une dizaine de personnes décident d'y aller au même temps. Ouvrez bien la fenêtre si vous voulez cuisiner dedans , la hotte n'est pas trop puissante... Isolation limitée, dernière nuit nous avons entendu toute une dispute d'un jeune couple à l'autre bout du couloir, léger sentiment d'insécurité sur le coup, car 0 vigile, réception ouverte que la journée, que un numéro d'urgence pour les "vraies urgences" selon le document collé sur la porte. Bref, nous ne recommandons pas si vous cherchez un appart hôtel digne de ce nom, avec un vrai confort, par contre si vous cherchez que le prix...faudra faire avec.

Pas d’eau chaude et visiblement c’était un problème pour tout l’hôtel. On nous a même pas prévenu à notre arrivée alors que nous étions avec notre fille de deux ans. Sachant que j’ai appelé le matin pour avoir une arrivée plus tôt qui m’a été facturé je trouve ça non professionnel de ne pas le préciser en amont !

Honteux et lamentable

J’arrive dans cet établissement et je découvre que la chambre n’a pas été faite! Draps, serviettes et autres ordures de la personne avant moi étaient encore là! J’appelle leur sois disant numéro d’urgence et aucune réponse! Le lendemain on me dit qu’on va me rembourser, qu’ils appelleraient eux même hôtels.com pour mon remboursement, cela fait un mois et toujours rien. C’est honteux.

Nous avons passé deux nuits correctes , mais malheureusement, la climatisation était bruyante toute la nuit et la chasse d'eau fuyait, ce qui a également causé du bruit. La piscine était très bien mais il y avait une invasion de guêpes à la, un problème que nous avons signalé à la direction, qui nous a assuré avoir traité la situation mais qu’elles revenaient qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire, c'était très dangereux, surtout avec des enfants, car plus de 20 à 30 guêpes faisaient constamment des allers-retours au bord de la piscine . Il n'y avait pas non plus de parasol à la piscine, ce qui est dommage. Ne parlons pas du confort il faudrait une bonne rénovation les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout au photo très ancienne télé minuscule meuble très vieux qui grincent ou chaise bancale pas de congélateur dans le frigo et rien à voir avec les photos

Séjour catastrophique !

Expérience désastreuse ! Nous ne recommanderons pas et déconseillons même. Appartement situé au bâtiment A ne correspondait en rien aux photos. L'appartement est défraichi et vétuste : salle de bain/toilettes non propre, totalement vétuste et minuscule : manque de place dans la douche minuscule, la porte de la douche ne fermait plus et ne s'ouvrait qu'à la moitié car cognait dans le lavabo minuscule, les toilettes quasiment collées à la douche étaient sales (par l'usage et la vieillesse) et odeur désagréable. La cuisine totalement vétuste et dégradée, vielle plaque de cuisson de 20 ans minimum avec un manque afligeant de vaisselles. La télévision du séjour était minuscule (taille d'une tablette). Dans la chambre pas de table de nuit, pas de lumière de chevet, un manque de prises dans toutes les pièces, les portes de placards chambre en mauvais état. Nous n'y sommes pas sentis bien dans cet appartement Le prix du séjour est trop cher et n’est pas approprié. Il ne s’agit pas d’un véritable appart’hotel comme cela est indiqué car nous avons appris que les appartements étaient détenus par des propriétaires particuliers dont certains entretiennent… ou pas. A noter que certains appartement (exemple bâtiment C sont plus convenables et correspondent plus aux photos du site (sauf salle de bain/toilettes toujours catastrophique) En revanche le personnel sur place est conscient et donc compréhensif et très professionnel cherche à apporter des solutions quand c’est possible
