Centrally located and a short walk from the main bus station and shopping areas. There are a few local supermarket near by which was handy if you are planning any day trips and want to stock up on snacks etc.

Pros: room was a great size and had everything I needed Con: shower was very small, mattress was quite hard, neighbors were very loud between 2-4 am (you can hear everything through the doors/walls with them opening and slamming doors), there was half eaten food in the fridge and freezer.

Tiny Home Away from Home, You Make Bed/Coffee etc.

Rather beat up & not especially clean mini studio in an excellent location, steps away from bus station, train station, the Rotonde, & sidewalk restaurants. Pros: good water pressure, hot water, dual elevators, clean linens, plenty of outlets, good WiFi. Cons: dirty kitchen, some desk staff unfriendly, dusty, funky microwave, some street noise.

Large bedroom, very poor en-suite bathroom

I had a pleasant four-day stay in Aix. The large bedroom and kitchen facilities were fine but the en-suite bathroom was the worst I have experienced. The w.c. was so close to the door that it was impossible to close the door while sitting on the w.c. The large water heater was above the w.c. and dangerously low so that I frequently banged my head on it. The shower was squeezed into the corner and the shower curtain was fitted so that it was impossible to have a shower and prevent water falling on the floor.

The bathroom: It was quite small. One of the light bulbs was "dead". The mechanism that supported the shower head was broken and it was not possible to adjust the height - if you raised it, it just fell to the bottom of the pole. There was no telephone in the room. To contact reception, you had to physically attend in person. The reception was not attended 24 hours a day. It turned out that the waste bin in the room was supposed to be emptied by the occupants - by taking the content to waste skips 30m from the front door of the "hotel". Optional breakfast (cereals, continental breakfast, etc.) was expensive at 10 euros per person. Local cafes were half the price. Reserved parking in the underground garage was expensive at 15.40 euros per night. Good point(s): the town centre was only a few minutes away, including shops, cafes, restaurants and the bus station.

Like the quiet and convenient location to restaurants and tourist areas. Room is clean. Shower is strong and hot. Air conditioning is strong. Kitchenette is handy but have to cleanup before leaving. Also have to dump our own trash at the end of the stay. No thrill budget apartment hotel is acceptable for the price. No hairdryer in room, have to ask at reception. Have to pay for extra towels. Bathroom is very small.

A Disappointing stay

The room is small and the bathroom is even smaller. Everything is aging badly; room cleanliness is terrible. We stayed for 6 nights and are provided 2 bath towels, 2 small towels with no cleaning in between. Had to request 1 full cleaning for 36 Euros extra; surprisingly when we return to the room after a long day trip the room had a strong urine smell. The receptionist promised a redo in the next morning for the bathroom but it never happened. Did not even say sorry, we have met 3 different staffs for the 6 nights there, the gentleman was ok, but the two ladies seemed do not know how to smile!!!

とても便利でした。

TGV駅からのシャトルバス停からも近く、モノプリやカルフールも徒歩2〜3分。街の中心にも近く、とても便利でした。ツアーは大体ツーリストオフィス前集合なので近くて便利でした。 電子レンジやお皿、ワイングラスなどキッチン用品が一通り揃っているので、（IHコンロもありましたが、使いませんでした。）マルシェで買ったお惣菜を温めたりと便利でした。部屋の掃除やゴミ捨てを自分でやるのが面倒に思いましたが、ちょっと暮らしているような雰囲気を味わえました。

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan, epäselvä esittely

Edullinen, mutta epäselvä esittelyteksti. Kyseessä on huoneistohotelli, jossa oma keittiö, ja roskien vienti suoritetaan sakon uhalla itse. Ilmastointi ei ollut päällä, koska oli vielä kevät (päivisin yli 25 celsiusta…), mutta ilma ei vaihtunut huoneessa mitenkään. Huoneessa kuuma ja kostea ilma, jossa pyyhkeet eivät kuivuneet. Toinen virkailija sanoi, että asiaa hoidetaan, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut vierailumme aikana. Erittäin ahdas vessa. Näin 190cm pitkänä en mahtunut kuin peruuttamalla pöntölle. Sijainti todella hyvä, lähellä bussipysäkkiä ja keskustaa! Henkilökunta myös auttavainen. Auton saa parkkihalliin reilun 15€:n päivähinnalla.
