"The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

"We loved every minute of our stay. The location could not be beat. Our children (teenagers) had independence in town and we always felt safe. Everything was walkable. Tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee, ice cream. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning were amazing. The town pretty much shuts down on Sunday evenings. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and perfect. The boys loved the pool table and everything was just right!"

"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"On a passez une très belle semaine dans cet appartement au coeur de la ville d'Annecy à 5 min du lac. Très bel appartement, spacieux avec un beau balcon. Cependant les lits ne sont pas tellement confortables, avec un lit qui grince dans une des chambres. Le ménage n'est pas totalement fait, notament la poussière sous les lits."

"Our stay was lovely. The location is wonderful. It’s an easy 8 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lake. My only complaint is that the second shower is incredibly small. For us it was fine because we all showed in the master bathroom. However it could be awkward if it was two couples."
