Conveniently located from the train station and in a pleasant, quiet area. Our room was particularly quiet, and we found it very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the coffee machine was most welcome.

An absolutely lovely hotel, stunning both inside and out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. In particular, Camille on reception who greeted us with a warm smile and provided cold water on arrival, which was much needed during a heatwave. She also gave us lots of useful information about the area, including recommendations for local French restaurants. We chose one and she kindly booked it for us. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had, featuring fresh local produce and an outstanding selection. At €19, it was excellent value. Our bedroom was quiet, with a very comfortable bed and a modern, clean, and beautiful bathroom. Air conditioning was a real bonus, along with free coffee-making facilities in various areas and cold bottled water available on request from reception. The gym, jacuzzi, and spa were excellent, and throughout the hotel there were lovely places to sit and relax. We especially enjoyed the covered entrance area with tables and chairs—perfect for watching the world go by. The location is ideal, right in the historic centre, with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and sights all on your doorstep. Parking is just a one-minute walk away. Everything exceeded our expectations, but above all it was the staff who truly made the experience special from the ladies cleaning, to the restaurant staff and front desk. They were amazing. We will be back!

Room was excellent. I learned that when Expedia says parking available it does not mean free or close by. We had to pay parking and it was a few hundred meters away so we were not happy with that. The hotel location was great for access to the old part.

Great hotel but parking is not on site

We had a lovely stay at Hotel des Princes. Initially we were very disappointed as before check in we had an email to explain that parking was off site. We specifically booked this hotel because it specifies on-site parking and I wanted our hire car to be safe. This hotel has a special rate with a couple of multi storey car parks and the system worked well, it's just not what we wanted. Aside from this, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again

I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never been so impressed. I'd particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the fantastic, imaginative, and culturally appealing amenities of the hotels. For example, upon entering the breakfast room, I was offered an explanation of the breakfast details. The hotel's location, right in the center, is also great. All of the important spots in the center can easily be reached on foot. I do have one small caveat, though. I was somewhat surprised that the hotel management demanded a guarantee in the form of a charge to my Visa card to cover any damage I might cause (e.g., smoking). To my knowledge, this is rarely required.

Perfect location in the old part of town. Not too difficult to drop off luggage and go to the parking garage. Room was clean, nice to have an elevator for luggage. Didn’t use the restaurant but it looked nice. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.
