Skiing Le Revard 15 km, la Féclaz 23 km. Beach and swimming 3 km (Lac du Bourget). Swimming pool 3km. Thermal baths at 1 km. Golf 2.5 km. Spacious single-storey house in a residential area overlooking the famous spa town and offering a warm contemporary character. You will enjoy staying at La Maisonnette for a spa treatment, a professional stay, a vacation or even a few nights in the capital of well-being. Just 1 km from the Chevalley Thermal Baths, this former 1830 bread oven was converted into a residential home and then a gîte. It was completely renovated by its owners to create a comfortable haven. From the heights of Aix, explore Lake Bourget and its surroundings, the Bauges massif, and the Savoyard foothills.
