The hotel is very nice with renovated, modern rooms, very clean. The staff has been extremely helpful and nice. It has a nice pool and very good parking options (garage) which was very convenient! The location is OK (close to the sea shore – we had a room with sea view: nice) but not overwhelming. It's about 20 min by foot from the city center. There are no (good) restaurants very close (unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday when the internal restaurant was closed). We took the car to the railroad station (where there is a nice parking), a 5 min ride, and had dinner in the port/station area. If the location doesn't matter I can highly recommend this hotel!

Solid hotel experience. Great reception staff. Longer walk to city center and buses didn’t run on schedule so used taxis to get to city center and rented a car to go exploring beaches.

Family vacation in Ajaccio

Family vacation. Hotel is clean and in a fairly good location. We were happy to have a car to get around. The majority of the staff made us feel welcome, but a couple (2 in particular) of employees at the front desk were not very nice to the customers.

Hotel great. Service great. Staff great. Location sucks. Mad at Hotels.com. It’s not a beach hotel. Beach at least 45 minutes away downtown with no parking. Area near hotel rough. No restaurants nearby accept at hotel.

Room very noisy, brought to the attention of staff. Resolution was for the manager to give us a call. No phone call from manager although staff member confirmed our contact number twice. Sign on front desk saying, ‘we will make it right if you’re not happy’ how can this happen if the manager doesn’t even call to discuss your concerns.

I am actually very upset, the whole reason I booked a hotel, and this hotel specifically, was because the amenities included air-conditioning, I have trouble sleeping in hotter temperatures, so that was the reason I decided to get a hotel for a few nights instead of staying with family. After the first night I went to ask for a room change because my air conditioner was not working, to which the front desk agent told me that this time of year they disable both the air-conditioning and the heaters, and offered me a fan to put in the room, which even with the fan running it was colder outside than in the room. The result was I spent 3 days barely sleeping, walking back and forth a couple kilometers to my familys house, which if I knew they were not going to have air-conditioning, I would have just stayed with the family the whole time. Super disappointing to spend almost $400 for such an experience
