- This apartment occupies the bottom of our villa
with an area of 40m2, it consists of a large living room of 28m2 with its small kitchen, a spacious bathroom with corner bath, a spacious dressing room and a separate toilet.
The apartment overlooks a private garden of 200m2 with barbecue, deck chairs and a garden table.
Everything is new, the villa less than 5 years, comfort:
air conditioning, hardwood floors, neat decor, linens provided. Alarm.
Ideal for a couple with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child
