"I really liked this hotel. It’s fairly new, clean and has great views. I especially enjoyed the thermal bath and the amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. However it felt a little isolated from the cities nearby and it’s takes time ti get in and out with public transportation. But it’s a great location with a car!"

"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"まず、上の階の歩く音が響いて、2時まで寝れなかった。騒音に敏感でなく、鈍い方だが響く感じの音で、綺麗な建物なのに台無し。 無人なので窓口もなく、我慢するしかなかったです。いや、寝るだけのホテルとして東横インかこちらかで悩んで、まあ家族だったのでこちらを予約していたのに。。完全に外れました。 2階か、1階でも静かな人かで当たり外れあるかと思うが、この値段で、寝れない可能性があるとなると、私としてはもう無理"

"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."

"This hotel is so far out of town that walking in to town isn’t really an option (at least a hour walk) and the buses only run every half hour. As for the room itself, when you enter the bottom of the stairwell, you can turn on the light at the bottom but not the top. So you have to walk up into pitch black and use a flashlight to find the light switch at the top. The room barely cooled off, even with us blasting the AC units. Other than that, the rooms were nice and the onsen had a very pretty...

"露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"
