"The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area but Delhi traffic is horrendous and I wouldn't venture out alone in the evenings. The outside is similar to all other hotels in Delhi. Also, the smell in the hallway was absolutely devine! "

"The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. The location is convenient for those looking to stay and shop near the major market, otherwise, this location is not to relax at all. There were no windows in the two rooms I was shown and one I had to stay in. It was quite suffocating. I wouldn't want to stay here unless dire emergency. "
