"Abdolutely excellent. I've stayed in a dozen hotels in Semarang. This is the second best in the city. It's not to the same level of luxury as Padma but its still excellent and better value. Certainly a lot better than others in the centre of the city that charge the same rates. It's excellent service, food is very good, it's very clean, relaxing vibe, spacious rooms, lovely pool, gym is standard hotel gym. Overall excellent "

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"Got the third floor so it’s quiet. Aircon is functioning well. Shower area is pretty old but hot water works fine. Unlimited drinking water so pretty good for me. Waited for the train to another town at midnight so we relaxed and sat at the lounge. Aircon not cold though in this area coz I think they didn’t close the doors all the time. Overall with this budget price, you get what you pay for. Not bad. "

"Worst experience in Semarang. The bathroom was filthy, and the shower was broken — only water came out with no proper function. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. They didn’t even provide drinking water in the room, blaming environmental reasons. But the worst part was the front desk staff. I booked one room through an app and then rented an additional room at the counter. When I asked to change the credit card used for payment, the staff simply said it wasn’t possible.
