We stayed in a corner room which was very spacious, especially compared to other Tokyo hotels. Great location to stay when visiting Tokyo. Although, the room we stayed in did feel a little dated.
Housekeeping staff were excellent. Our room was beautifully refreshed to an immaculate standard every day.
Lawson convenience store in the basement of the hotel was very useful.
Be warned that the facilities including the swimming pool and hot spring / spa are an extra fee which is a shame for a 5* hotel.
There is also an additional charge to sit at a table with a Tokyo Tower view in the hotel bar.
Check-in and check-out process took a long time.
Note for Expedia VIP Access customers: We were not offered an upgrade at check-in, even though several other room types were still showing as available to book for the length of our stay.

"I will definitely be staying at this hotel again next time I’m in Tokyo. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around lots of lots of shopping and restaurants to pick from. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional."
