"Old motel with all we needed. Was ok but needs some minor maintenance. I cleaned the A/C filter as it was blocked. The smoke alarm was on a shelf with battery removed. I refitted it and tested it and was ok. Could not fit to ceiling as the existing fixing plate did not match. Towel rail fell off wall as grip screw needed to be screwed in. Silicone sealing around tub and in kitchen was very untidy. Overall ok for the price."
