The staff was both professional and courteous, while being very friendly. The building itself is showing its age. But, the staff make it a Great stay.

When we got there the lady at the front desk was rude. The room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. There was a condom by the couch, luckily it was still in the package. There was a huge stain on the couch. They advise that they have breakfast and that was a key factor that I wanted for this hotel. ...

Wonderful room. Hotel clerk was kind enough to allow me to check in early which was a blessing after an overnight fight into Cuyahoga Falls.
