"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"the property was off in back of some "EXTEMELY" bumpy back alley in the dark. The address was unsearchable, the host was unknowledgeable. I did NOT stay at this property, I couldn't. They had my reservations all fouled up."

"Location of property is ok without the noise of a typical town centre in this country. Maybe they should review their charging policy. I booked a room with Hot water but was made to pay for a "hot water room". That was a rip-off! But they were not fair in returning the extra day i had booked even though i checked out a day earlier!"

"River breeze hotel is a great hotel to spend some quiet quality time at. The customer service is good. The rooms are very nice with everything working "AC, TV, WATER HEATER, etc". I would really recommend it to anyone wanting to go and have a nice time inside koforidua to consider river breeze hotel."
